Last night one of our final table d’hote meals in our summer kitchen this Season , but also one of the largest with 14 adults from Flanders and the Netherlands. Martine chose dishes which were most enjoyed this summer. The menu existed of a soupe Angevine (cocktail with crement de la Loire) accompanied by a savory cake, a tarte de soleil (sun cake) with salmon and vegetables with dip (blue cheese), and as main course a tian provencal and a chocolate mousse cake or cherry clafoutis for dessert.
